Refund policy

Digital Products Refund or Returns.

There is no refund on digital products, once they are paid for, delivered via a link they cannot be returned or refunded.

Personal Service refund requests, including Readings & Meditations.

For personal services booked, 24 hours’ notice is

to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of your appointment, a 10% admin fee will be charged as your time slot being held is unavailable to others.

If you wish to cancel or request a refund prior to 24 hours before your appointment, a 90% refund is available.  If you wish to reschedule, a suitable time will be agreed upon.

For in-person meditation sessions, 90 % refunds are available if you cancel prior to 24 hours before the event.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, or do not show up, no refund will be provided as your spot was held unavailable to others.

Please discuss directly with Nancy if you cannot make a session or appointment but wish to put your payment towards a future delivery of services rather than receive a refund. The amount of rescheduling your appointment prior to a 24-hour notice is 100% transferable. The amount of rescheduling your appointment more then once is subject to a 10% administration fee.

All refunds are subject to a 10% fee at anytime to cover the cost of financing and time.  This fee can be implemented on any refund based on the discretion of Nancy Arruda.

If Nancy must cancel a personal appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable attempts will be made to arrange a suitable reschedule.  If a suitable reschedule is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds or Returns on Spiritual Development Packages

These packages are discounted based on purchasing multiple sessions at once.

Should you wish to cancel your package more than 24 hours prior to your fist session (of 3 sessions), you will receive a 100% refund.

Should you wish to cancel your package less than 24 hours prior to your first scheduled appointment a 10% administration fee applies to the refund of the package.

Should you wish to cancel your package after receiving one session, then the full rate (the non-discounted rate) applies to your first session and a refund of the remaining balance less the cost of the full price session will be refunded.

Should you wish to cancel your package after receiving two sessions, then the full rate (the non-discounted rates) applies to your first two sessions and a refund of the remaining balance less the cost of two full price sessions will be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Banks can often hold returns for 48 hours to 10 days.  Please ask your bank or credit card company what their policy is.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
