The content of this website, its digital products, or services is for personal use only and can not be used for commercial or promotional purposes from any party other than Nancy Arruda.

Interpretation and use of the information on the website is the exclusive responsibility of the user.

Digital products purchased are for the exclusive use of the purchaser and cannot be returned. Nancyarruda.ca is for informational and entertainment uses only.

 

Intellectual Property 

All website content is the property of Nancyarruda.ca.  Some licensed stock images have been used, which have their own further copyright protection. Use of any images or content on nancyarruda.ca for personal business or revenue generating activities is strictly prohibited.

The content of this website is owned by Nancy Arruda and NancyArruda.ca (NancyArruda.com , UniversalSky.ca and UniversalSky.com) and are subject to copyright laws.

Most of the images on this website are licensed Stock Photo’s in which Nancy Arruda (NancyArruda.ca. NancyArruda.com, UniversalSky.com or UniversalSky.ca) has permission to use.  Any use of the images by outside parties may be subject to copyright laws and infringements from third parties.

 

Return Policy

Digital products that are purchased are non-returnable, therefore there is no return on digital products.

If a client books a personal reading and feels that they are not “connecting” with Nancy Arruda within the first 5 minutes of a reading, and wishes to terminate the reading, the reading will be terminated, and a 10% admin fee will be retained for the loss of the timeslot and financial costs associated for the purchase and return. A 90% refund will be offered through the same payment method.  It must be stated directly to Nancy Arruda within the first five minutes of the service being delivered.  If stated after the first five-minutes, there is zero refund, as you are paying for the time you booked.  Nancy Arruda is not responsible for any person’s inability to communicate that you are not feeling the connection. The return will be processed within 48 hours by Nancy Arruda.  We are not responsible for how long the processing company takes to place the return on your card or into your account.  That is between you and the financial processing company.

 

Refund policy 

There is no refund on digital products, once they are paid for, delivered via a link they cannot be returned.

For personal services booked, 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a 10% admin fee will be charged as your time slot being held is unavailable to others.

If you wish to cancel prior to 24 hours before your appointment, a 90% refund is available.  If you wish to reschedule, a suitable time will be agreed upon.

For in-person meditation sessions, 90 % refunds are available if you cancel prior to 24 hours before the event.  If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, or do not show up, no refund will be provided as your spot was held unavailable to others.

Please discuss directly with Nancy if you cannot make a session or appointment but wish to put your payment towards a future delivery of services rather than receive a refund. The amount of rescheduling your appointment prior to a 24 hour notice is 100% transferable. The amount of rescheduling your appointment more then once is subject to a 10% administration fee.

All refunds are subject to a 10% fee at anytime to cover the cost of financing and time.  This fee can be implemented on any refund based on the discretion of Nancy Arruda.

If Nancy must cancel a personal appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable attempts will be made to arrange a suitable reschedule.  If a suitable reschedule is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Nancyarruda.ca does not provide legal, financial or medical services, please contact the appropriate professional for those needs.

Any legal, financial or medical comments made by Nancy Arruda are solely regarding questions asked and should be followed up by a Legal, Financial or Medical Professional who is fully licensed in their professional field.

All legal, financial or medical comments made on written material or on video are based on personal belief (i.e., in astrological references in blog or article posts), which does not mean it is true or factual and should not be considered professional advice.

 

Acceptable and Prohibited use 

Any Digital Products purchased is for the exclusive use of the purchaser, and it may not be shared or distributed in any way (digitally or in print, or via any digital storage device) to other individuals for their use.  Should someone want to use it, please refer them to NancyArruda.ca to purchase their own copy.   Use of these materials for any type of revenue or influence generating activities is prohibited without the express permission of nancyarruda.ca.

 

Payment terms 

All website transactions are completed through Square and subject to their terms. Please refer to their website for further information. Nancyarruda.ca never collects, stores or shares any customer financial information.  Payment for all products and services is required before their delivery.

Governing law 

Nancyarruda.ca is bound by the governing law of the province of Ontario, Canada.
